Private Security Officers are trained in accordance with the Annual Training Plan published by SEVEN Security, before starting their duties and periodically during their duty. The effectiveness of the trainings given are measured and shared with customer groups periodically. At the same time, measurements are analyzed and necessary measures are taken by the Company's Quality Assurance Department. Trainings; It is given technically, but also dramatized.




“Is hospital security a special area of expertise, what kind of method Seven Security follows in this regard, can you tell us about it?”

Ensuring the security of a hospital requires having special expertise criteria in terms of security companies and personnel. Hospitals; site, residence, shopping mall, school, business center, logistics center etc. It contains much more project-specific procedures than security projects such as For example; Exitus (Deceased patients) delivery, hospital emergency procedures, legal proceedings regarding possible judicial cases without delay, implementation of emergency codes specific to hospitals, selection of private security personnel working in the hospital from better communicative and patient personnel, their training more and more. content, helping patients' relatives by empathizing with them consists of areas that require expertise.


Our company has been serving in the health sector for 15 years, which cannot be ignored. Due to the experience we have gained during this period and our respect for the sector we have served; Like our customers, we take precautions by keeping every data up to date. What kind of method do we follow as Seven Security? First of all, we train all our field personnel, including our central personnel, in order to increase the quality of the service we provide to the health sector.


Our business development team follows all the documents and documents published by the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health, and the General Directorate of Security units, we integrate them into our training kits together with our workplace doctor and inform our staff about current data. We revise and update our training files in line with these developments. We do not only provide training, we subject our personnel to oral and written exams based on the trainings we have given.


In this way, we can also provide feedback on whether the trainings we have given are useful or not. Our human resources department selects our personnel who will work in hospital projects from among experienced candidates who have high communication skills, can maintain their calmness in the event of chaos, and whose psychology will not be disturbed in all situations they may encounter. Approved candidates are evaluated a second time by our central training unit before starting the project and are subjected to orientation training. After completing the orientation training, the candidate starts the project as a Private Security Officer. The personnel who started the project are subjected to the code trainings of the project they are in, except for the trainings they received during the orientation.


“What kind of training do you provide for the personnel, can you tell us?”

We subject our private security guard personnel working in our hospital projects to different trainings than other security projects. The educational topics that we especially focus on; Emergency Code Practices are determined as Risk Assessment and Effective Communication Techniques. People do not visit hospital projects for sightseeing or other purposes. Each visitor has a complaint, which can also be called "Patient" in this context. When the patient enters the hospital, he first comes face to face with the private security guard.


Sometimes he asks the polyclinic he will go to, sometimes he asks for help. For this reason, our staff works diligently and with a sense of duty in order to understand the mood of the person in front of them, to empathize and to help the patient in the shortest time, even if they have a bad day. Our experience in hospital projects; In addition to showing what kind of bad results occur in the absence of communication with the patient and patient relatives, it has also shown that negative consequences that may occur can be prevented when correct communication is established.


In line with the data we recorded as Seven Security, the positive feedbacks after effective communication trainings and the high 96% satisfaction statements by our customers show how accurately our company does its job. Right after effective communication training, there are code trainings given to health personnel by the Ministry of Health, which is the most important subject of the health sector. These trainings are briefly;


• Within the framework of Article 54 of the Decree-Law on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliates No. 663, an application in which transactions and lawsuits carried out within the scope of criminal law due to crimes committed during the provision of health services or due to these duties are recorded and followed up. WHITE CODE training,


• BLUE CODE training, which is an emergency management application that enables patients, relatives and all hospital personnel who need emergency medical attention to be intervened as soon as possible,


• It is PINK CODE training, which is an emergency management application applied in case of an attempt or detection of abduction of an infant or child patient who is in the wards of the hospital for treatment.

Afterwards, we have training on the delivery of the Exitus (deceased patient), the creation of the forensic case report, the action and procedure to be applied in forensic cases.


“Can you explain what measures you are taking against the violence that has recently increased in hospitals?”

We are going through a very difficult period as a country and even globally. Especially since December 2019, the Covid-19 virus, which is a pandemic disease that has occurred worldwide, has had a profound effect on the psychology of all individuals and continues to do so. But VIOLENCE is all about people's psychology.


The concept of violence, in line with the definition made by the World Health Organization, is "the use of power or authority against another person, group or community and as a result, causing or the possibility of causing injury, psychological harm or death to the party subjected to violence. can be described as ”. In order to prevent violence in our hospital projects, we focus on training our personnel with the support of psycho-drama and applied training on effective communication, detection-diagnosis and incident response.


Implementation of "Remote Welcome" techniques and tactics, which are important in the security sector and can be expressed as preemption against forensic cases, identification of criminal or suspicious persons, identification, identification, suspicious behavior or when a person is detected to act nervously, immediately warning the CCTV personnel, following the camera by warning the CCTV personnel, establishing effective communication with the person involved in the act of violence according to his mood, and making the right analysis, intervening in a way that will cause the least mutual harm, and calming the person attempting the action, if necessary, quickly inform the Law Enforcement Units. Provide training in practice and psychodrama at least 5 times a year on subjects such as neutralizing the suspect, the principles of using jop and handcuffs, and reporting procedures after judicial incidents, within the framework of Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services, until support is received. and we share their feedback with our customers.
